Guided Leadership Journey: Change from Within

The 2027 Guided Leadership Journey is a nine-month, hybrid program designed for mid- to senior-level corporate leaders based in Europe who want to drive meaningful change within their organizations. Complex systems call for a new kind of leadership, one rooted in purpose, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to navigate challenges with clarity and compassion.

2027 Program Cost
Ashoka Changemaker Companies Community Partners: free of charge.
External Partners: 2,000 €
Additional costs: Participants are also responsible for covering seminar costs of up to 350 EUR per trip (including hotel and meals), plus travel expenses. This applies to the two in-person gatherings.
