Boehringer Ingelheim

Following over a decade of partnership with Ashoka, Making More Health is Boehringer Ingelheim’s global initiative to improve health for people, animals, and their communities. The partnership has engaged over 150 social entrepreneurs and helps employees collaborate with them to drive social impact, fostering higher engagement and retention.

Kersia

Five years into our partnership, Kersia is home to an active group of over 100 employee ambassadors who drive innovation across regions and functions. These ambassadors have spearheaded a 'sandbox' process for any employee to pitch an idea for a new business initiative and bring their perspectives to major strategic initiatives. Kersia is on track to activate over 15% of its team members as internal changemakers by 2027.

Microsoft

Five years on, Microsoft has supported over 200 startups to scale their businesses and impact via its Entrepreneurship for Positive Impact (EfPI) accelerator. Senior leaders at Microsoft serve as coaches and mentors to social entrepreneurs in the program, while also bringing back insights from these exchanges that inspire positive leadership within the company.

Lenovo

Through our partnership, Lenovo plays a pivotal role in selecting and supporting Ashoka Fellows – leading social entrepreneurs - from the global south who leverage tech solutions to address pressing issues like climate change, health or responsible AI. This collaborative initiative not only provides funding and resources to inspiring social entrepreneurs but also enriches Lenovo leaders’ understanding of systemic social change, applicable to the company’s goals.
