At a time when economic performance and societal stability are deeply intertwined, creating positive change is no longer separate from business success. Companies that contribute to stronger, more inclusive systems also strengthen the environment in which they operate.
Why Future Readiness Cannot Wait
Confidence in long-term resilience is increasingly weak, and apathy when facing uncertainty is not an option.
By connecting companies with social entrepreneurs who navigate complexity combined with resource constraints, Ashoka Changemaker Companies enables organizations to learn how to adapt, collaborate, and innovate under real-world conditions.
Our Three Pillar Framework in 2025
Organizations that thrive in uncertainty build three essential elements: insights and perspective, capable people, and practical pathways that turn intention into action.
FUTURE READY PERSPECTIVES
These social innolvators are working on food safety, energy access, youth employment, inclusion, health, and climate resilience, connecting directly with the everyday challenges of local communities.
Through more than 20 webinars, trainings, and direct learning sessions, participants discovered how resilience is built through experimentation, trust, and collaboration.
FUTURE READY PEOPLE
Across leadership journeys, communities of practice, pro bono programs, and in-residence experiences, participants are consistently invited to take impactful action.
Over 157 ambassadors and corporate volunteers moved into action and mobilized other colleagues. Internal communities within companies have been sustained over multiple years.
FUTURE READY PATHWAYS
Being future ready shows in how organizations innovate, collaborate and create pathways for action:
- For Employees: 31 pro-bono missions in which employees engaged in sessions with social entrepreneurs to solve strategic issues.
- For Social Innovators: 76 co-creations and and long-term collaborations, during which social innovators could access corporate expertise, networks and operational help.
- For Companies: 10 companies gained insights from leading social entrepreneurs and Ashoka. As a result some have implemented new formats like Hybrid Business Labs.
